Medicaid & Estate Planning Attorneys

Few people consider elder care planning to be fun. But prudent preparation is essential to help ensure that your loved ones are cared for and their wishes respected to the greatest possible extent. We aim to make the process less stressful for our clients and have tremendous compassion for what people are going through at this stage of life. We often assist spouses or adult children of loved ones who have passed or who are facing serious illness. Families in this situation need guidance and understanding. Often, people have not been in this situation before and are unsure of what needs to be done or how to pay for nursing care. We make it our mission to be of service while keeping the comfort of our clients top of mind.

Affordability Is Paramount

Most of our clients have defined financial resources to spend on nursing or estate administration costs. We do all we can to keep costs reasonable, so our clients can take care of these essential tasks while not incurring additional stress. We understand that planning for nursing home costs and estate administration is taxing enough by itself; we want our clients to feel relief from having worked with us, not additional strain.

We Facilitate The Important Conversations

While you are certainly welcome to visit our office for consultations, we can also travel to you to make the planning process more convenient. We visit with clients at their homes, hospitals, nursing facilities and senior adult living communities. We know that much of what needs to be done in these situations can be handled from afar, and we are willing to work with adult children or other interested parties who may live out of state. We will work with you to make sure logistics don’t get in the way of the important decisions you need to make for the well-being of your loved ones. To schedule a consultation with a lawyer to discuss your needs, call 386-734-5959 or get in touch via email for more information.
